King's Beach embodies the charm of a timeless beach town that retains its unique character. Along its main thoroughfare (CA Highway 28), you'll find quaint hotels, eclectic shops, and a variety of restaurants. Most places in town offer stunning views of Lake Tahoe, making summer the prime season to visit. On warm days, the beach at King's Beach becomes a hub of activity, with both locals and visitors spreading out their towels and plunging into the refreshing, crystal-clear waters of Lake Tahoe. Rental outlets abound, offering kayaks and paddleboards, and there are numerous hiking and biking trails for outdoor enthusiasts.
