Carole of Studio City, California has been feeding hummingbirds in her backyard for 10 years.
She is on a quest to photograph every hummingbird species in the world. Her YouTube channel allows the public to see the variety of hummingbird species in California with five active feeders.

You can expect to see Anna's and Allen's species year-round along with migrating Rufous in the Spring and Fall, Black-chinned in the Summer and rare visitors include the Costa's and Calliope.

The hummingbirds are fed a sugar solution of 1 part pure cane sugar to 4 cups water. Carol's feeders are filled between 2-3 times a day depending on the season, winter tends to be the most active. The sugar water solution contains sucrose in about the same proportions that hummingbirds find naturally in the nectar of flowers.

Carol has a Axis P-1447 LE Network Camera installed for this live stream. A camera that HDOnTap highly recommends and uses often.
